This property is brand new and design. So the house is very modern and with automatic settings for light and other furniture of the flat. Very interesting and beautiful area in front of the forest.

We were really pleased with our stay, very nice, modern and with all the facilities needed. The location of the apartment is great and close to everything. The staff are very good, especially the Hostess. She was there every time we asked something.. I would HIGHLY recommend this place .

First of all the apartment is stunning, beautifully decorated, well equipped and very modern, we were welcomed with a cute display which was really thoughtful. The location is very central within walkable distance to the city centre and also has quite a good choice of stores and restaurants around. Communication was really effective and questions we had were answered or resolved promptly. There is ample parking for the building if you need that and the cleaning lady is available to clean as required. The apartment also had good entertainment and sound systems throughout the house. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Tirana.

I stayed for 20 days - the personnel was not only professional but also very responsive, polite and proactive in sharing advice on the city. Cleaning services were available every day and the result was perfect every time. The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful modern buildings of Tirana offering stunning view of the great Park of Tirana. The location is perfect for people that want to explore the city and for people that might be using it for business purposes.
