The apartment was great! It had everything we needed, a nice balcony, and big living space. It was right in the centre too which made walking everywhere super easy. The apartments staff/owner were amazing! Really friendly and always happy to provide suggestions.

Most importantly was the location of the apartment. It was just in the heart of everything in Tirana, including the bus station. The location saved us from spending any money on taxi as it took us only 6-7mins to walk to most of the places we went to. Again, the apartment is home to couples, except the fact that we made a meal, but there was no microwave in the facility to enable us to microwave our food. I think the management should ensure that there are microwave appliances in the apartment. But as regards the feeling of having a home, Tirana Apartment gave us that feel of a home, and I will be happy to recommend the apartment and the contact of the man who welcomed us to friends who will be coming to Tirana soonest. Please ensure there is a microwave. It's that important. Another pleasant thing my wife and I loved was the excellent and quality customer service we received from the man who attended to us. Oh my goodness, he was such a humble gentleman, helped us settle in nicely, and even apologised to us for not tracking our arrival schedule. He was indeed extraordinary. While our air condition wasn't effective, he ensured that the air conditioner worked well by just adjusting the setting. A thumbs up for his customer service skill. Finally, my wife loved the fact that the TV had NETFLIX subscribed. She was able to watch her favourite films on NETFLIX. This is very commendable and thoughtful for the host.
