Exceptional facilities. It seemed to me that they had thought of every possible need. We loved the happy hour cocktails and mixing with the other guests. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Located in a very central part of the main town. Heather and Kevin were friendly and generous. A great stay.

This place is exceptional, very clean, cozy and centrally located- just perfect for our stay in Key West. The hosts warmly welcomed us and were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On top of anything else we very much appreciated the availability of comfortable pool towels, a really good washing machine & dryer and much more little things that were even complimentary to our surprise. The pool and hot tub are very nice too and are open until 10pm. We can highly recommend this facility and will definitely return when coming back to Key West.

Unbelievable value for money with an excellent location. The owners couldn’t do enough for you, the amount of free stuff available such as snacks, alcoholic drinks was remarkable. A true gem.

We had an a great time in Key West while staying at the Key West Villas! We got a very warm welcome from Kevin and Heather, who are the owners Key West Villas. The location is perfect, near Duval Street and it’s bars and restaurants, yet quiet at night. We really loved the happy hours Kevin hosted (4-5pm), it not only gave us the opportunity to have a nice chat with him and Heather, but also other guests from around the world. If you are planning a trip to Key West, we highly recommend Key West Villas!

Location is perfect. Not on main and noisy street, but close enough to all shops and restaurants. Parking is possible and the private garden with pool is cozy and thoughtful decorated. Host is lovely and breakfast also possible.
