The house is huge and was perfect for our numerous group. The view is stunning, facing Emu bay in a breathtaking location. The kids loved also the trivia games available and enjoyed the space as if they were home. We also used the BBQ and enjoyed the outside

When we arrived it was late at night so we didn't know what to expect except that the house was so spacious and well appointed. When we awoke the next morning we saw that we had views right out to Emu Bay - just breathtaking. The garden was lovely and as we were to find out had baby Fairy Penguins in it - not that we ever saw them but we heard the mothers/fathers feeding them!

The location was perfect for us. On a quiet street the house has a lovely rear raised veranda with a wonderful view of the bay and out to sea. A short 5 minute walk to the beach and only 15 minutes from Kingscote for foody needs. Central for other attractions. The house was very clean, the bed in the main bedroom comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. A home from home. Ideal for a two family holiday with plenty of space. The heaters in the bedrooms are a good idea for the cooler months. The penguins.
