The location is very good - quiet, a short walk to the beach and two good restaurants. A little supermarket to buy essentials and water. Big supermarkets can be reached by taxi within 10 minutes and 2,5 Manat. The property is a big size new clean apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped for a vacation staying. The owner is very friendly, in the nearby, immediately reachable by what’s app. Neat and well cared area with a swimming pool and a little area for exercise.
