Every time I have the chance to go to Erbil, I usually stay there for various reasons. A couple of things to mention are that the management is very professional and takes their job extremely seriously to make sure the guest is satisfied with everything the offer. Not to mention the great staff they have, who take their job seriously and make sure they are available 24 hours a day to provide outstanding customer service. Special thanks to Mr. Ghayth, Selma, Zaynab, Moustafa, and Zezard from reception, and to all other employees from different departments: restaurant Ghayath, Yazan, and Laundry Amir. Please keep up the great job you do, and see you on my next trip to Erbil.

Very beautiful, clean and comfortable to be at hotel. There is minibank at hotel. Erbil city is very nice place to stay, kind people, delicious food and beautiful history. Very kind staff at hotel, always smiling and fulfilling hotel with kindness, special thanks to Zeinab and Salma at desk for helping me to check in!

One of the best hotels that I highly recommend trying in Erbil in all aspects, especially in terms of the treatment of the staff, especially the receptionist Zainab.
