Finding the hotel and checking in was very easy. The staff were very friendly and helped me with all the requests and questions that I had. The hotel location is very good as there are plenty of public transport stop nearby. The cleanliness in the hotel was excellent. On the last day after checking out we asked if we can leave our luggage as our flight was a late one and we wanted to visit the city center and they were kind enough, took our luggage, gave us a ticket and the luggage was stored safely under key.

Very impressed with the apartment. Was very big and had everything you need. Balcony was nice. The entire building was spotless and they were able to provide anything you needed.

The location is near to public transport, easy to get to the city centre and airport, many shops around. spacious room!!! & fitness. Easy access by code if you stay out late.

We had an amazing stay at THE FLAG Zurich. The room was very spacious, with a big desk that allowed remote work and fully equipped. It was very clean, as the rest of the hotel (reception, lobby, breakfast area). The hotel is situated a bit outside the city center but going there is very easy by tram or tain. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

I liked the hotel very much: the location was great (Tram 2 to downtown with many rides), the room was so clean, international breakfast well supplied, the staff very friendly, the kitchenette was useful for us.

It was very nice for them to keep a wine for us since we were on Honeymoon. It was our first hotel and this gesture was really great. The staff was very nice and location is good too.
