I grade hotels on the 3 Bs: the Bed, The Bathroom & The Breakfast (you can add a fourtbh B - doing Business) On all the B's it scored grade A. The breakfast in particular is superb.

Excellent location for The Opera House, Christmas market , lake and art galleries … Loved that the sheets were not the ubiquitous white of most hotels … but matches the room decor… excellent breakfast choices… The room lighting system was ‘ state of the art’ All staff warm and welcoming and efficient. Excellent no paper check in and out.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. The mini bar is free for the first night which is a nice touch! Right next door to the opera house which is worth a visit!

Fantastic location; outstanding staff; beautiful, quite location. I travel a lot and this is the best review I have given to any accommodation. My stay was definitely the highlight of my visit to Zürich.
