Even if there were issues with the key card, the staff were there in 20minutes trying to solve the issue. The staff have a can do and positive spirit. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

Great people Great place very close to the river and in the Zurich central. Not too far from the train station and local shops. Nice lady hostel owner. What else do U need?
