The room itself was satisfactory and met our needs. It was clean and tidy upon our arrival, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The decor was simple yet modern, which created a pleasant ambiance. We appreciated the effort put into maintaining the room's cleanliness and overall presentation.

very good communication with the host/personnel since the reception was not open when we arrived and stayed. there was a problem with the room but they put us in another (bigger) room

It was a nice studio, very clean and big enough for a short stay. I like that there was tea and coffee in the room, the receptionist was also very helpful. It is totally decent for the price.

Good sized rooms with kitchenette and basic utensils, pots and pans, microwave, refrigerator etc. Beds were comfy and room had good storage space and a nice big window. Located 5min walk to Brunau train station.

1) The host was very good and responsible. All our messages were answered immediately. 2) An hour of early check-in was allowed to us. 3) The garbage disposal was taken care-off. 3) The location was reasonably convenient for transportation.

Entry via key code sent to you the day before arrival. We had some confusion regarding beds and after a quick phone call the problem was resolved. Excellent service.

I didn’t meet any staff that worked there. I checked in on a Saturday afternoon easily enough following the instructions to get my key from the locker on arrival. Room was clean, apartment was secure, area felt safe for lone female traveller. Good location to Zurich city centre. Good transport connections. Bakery very close
