There is a check-in machine at the house number Weststrasse 146, where you have to provide your booking number, your passport or ID number, and a credit or debit card for payment. After completing the registration and payment procedure, you will receive your room key.

Please note that private parking is not possible after check-out.
Please note that cash payment is only possible upon prior arrangement and for arrivals between 09:00 and 18:00.
The office is open daily from 09:00 to 18:00. Guests will be provided with an emergency number, should they require assistance outside of these hours.
Please note that there is no daily cleaning service at the property. For longer stays, basic weekly cleaning will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be booked on site at a surcharge.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The apartment was perfectly located and easy to find, making it convenient to reach every spot in the city. The neighborhood is nice, with good connections to public transport. The apartment itself is spacious, well-equipped, and has ample room for a family. Parking is available for a fee, or free for one hour during the day, and completely free from 6 pm to 8 am.The facilities were excellent, and my young son loved the place—definitely family-friendly with a playground nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
