Kudos to the staff! They were so warm and friendly. Takes away the exhaustion from a tiring trip to Zurich. Hotel amenities were great. They provided us a wide array of free mini bar. The ambience and atmosphere is top notch! In addition, it is easily accessible to tram stations and the Zurich HB! Loved staying here!!

I liked that we had a balcony and that the minibar was for free. Also there were grocerie stores and a bakerys close by.

Location: Close to the street, making it accessible and easy to find. Parking was available in the evening, which is a definite plus. Receptionists: Young, friendly, and approachable. Not exactly seasoned professionals, but their good attitude made up for it. Exterior: The hotel looks quite nice from the outside, giving you initial hope for a charming stay.

A very nice hotel with a great connection to the airport as well as to the centre of Zurich. Very friendly people. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom of our room was very small, it worked because we are both not very tall. Shower was warm and nice.

From check in to check out i couldn't fault anything. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough including early and late check-in/out. The room had everything you could need. I just wish we stayed longer. Really was a brilliant stay and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again to all the hotel team.

They gave us the minibar for free for the first day (maybe because we paid extra for early-check in, or it's just a thing they do, I cannot say). That was nice. We were very close to the tram stop, and for longer stays, there's a grocery store and an apotheke nearby. The view of the dome of the university (facing the station) is beautiful.
