If you plan on arriving after the regular check-in hours, please contact the property in advance. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.Please note that after the regular check-in hours, only self check-in is available at this property. The property will send you the code for opening the key safe right at the entrance door. Alternatively, you can call the number on the main door in order to get late check-in instructions and your code for the key box. On departure, please put the key in the mail box next to the door.The entire amount will be deducted from your credit card after booking. The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in at the office. Bed were all comfy, was generally clean, location was not to far off, I would say quite good price for Zürich. We could store our luggage’s in the front desk. The front desk people were ok-ish nice…..? There were desks and places to cook which were clean

The property was close to the train station .easy to check in and reception staff very helpful.the family room was more spacious than expected and the beds comfy not just sofa beds . Enjoyed our stay

Location - close to Zurich HB. Only 10 minutes tran ride and tram runs every 2-3 minutes throughout the day. Lift is available for higher floors. Self checkin after 6 PM is easier. All kitchen utensils are present. Overall nice stay. No complaints.

I did the late check at 23:30 by the locker box. I had trouble with the box and called the hotel staff, there were very kind and responded to my call in the middle of the night and helped me to find the key.

The apartment was located via a short flat 15 minute walk from Zürich HB railway station. It had several food options surrounding the building and was about 20-30 minutes walk from the old town. It was clean, well equipped with toiletries and the amenities were more than sufficient for a short stay. It had cooking and tea making facilities and a fridge. Zürich is an expensive destination so it was good value.
