Great location, walking distance to Zurich HB if you're travelling by train & all other Zurich tourist attractions. Nice bar area, friendly reception & staff overall. The lady who checked us in Friday evening was lovely & very welcoming. Good size room for the price and beds were comfortable, Juliet style balcony which was nice to allow in some fresh air.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to Zurich HB train station. The hotel staff were very attentive and provided detailed directions to reach the hotel via public or private transport through the booking chat. The check-in counter staff were incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive to all my questions. They even recommended restaurants to experience authentic Swiss cuisine in Zurich. Additionally, the pay per use laundry room on level 2 is very convenient and well-maintained. However, you need to read the laundry service instruction in details and buy the token from check-in counter.

Enjoyable stay overall and great location! Staff were friendly and helpful. The internet speed was quite slow and the room is on the small side which is worth keeping in mind if travelling with lots of luggage.

Really nice staff at the reception desk. Boris was super helpful. The room was perfect for our short stay and we loved the simple but quirky décor. The breakfast and the bar/chill out areas, the kids play zone - all was so lovely. Breakfast was splendid as well. Finally, the location was super convenient - walking distance from the train station and a perfect start of our walking tour around the city. All together, 5* stay:)

Fast check-in/check-out, nice Platzspitz park nearby (with a pedestrian bridge across Limmat river leading almost to the railway station).
