The location is excellent. Just 5 minutes walk from the station exit. Tram stop right in front of the hotel. Special mention and a Best Customer Service Award should be given Mr Gerardo from the Concierge desk. He patiently provided us numerous tourist attraction suggestions n guided us on which train n time to board. Superb service from other staff too.

The hotel manager Erhan Yıldız and the staff was perfect. They made our stay very comfartable.They were helpful in all our questions.The breakfast was perfect and very satisfying for people like us who likes Turkish breakfast. Location of the hotel is very convenient to spend time in the city or travel to surronding destinations via train.

Fantastic Location. Great view. Lovely room. Good front desk service. Really enjoyed our visit. Housekeeping could have been better. Standard of cleanliness not quite up to what I’m used to, especially in Switzerland.

The hotel is very central with great access to the railway station. Shopping, bars and cafes are everywhere. The staff were friendly and we were able to leave our luggage for awhile whilst waiting for our airline connection. The hotel looks very inviting, smart and clean.
