Booked a single room. This was larger and more comfortable that I expected. The staff at the front desk and elsewhere were exceptionally helpful. I was there for work and my shoes were shined for no charge that I could see. Everyone was freindly. Accross the road from the station which is super convenient and near the city centre.

The very helpful and friendly staff. Nothing was too much to ask for, and they always presented professionally. The service was consistently excellent. The facilities were also of a high standard, with a stylish cafe and bar to enjoy. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were wonderful and very helpful. We were given an upgrade which was an unexpected surprise . Only issue were the beds.....mattress too soft and pillows the same.....hard to get comfortable.
