The hotel is perfectly located, right in the center, everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself is old, but clean and neat. The room is small, but everything is there, there is a workspace and furniture for things. The bed is comfortable. Everything was enough for me and in principle it was comfortable.

Location was ideal - literally 3 mins to main train station and centre not Zurich. Turn left out the front door and you're in the pedestrian streets of the old town with lots of bars and restaurants. Room was small but comfortable

Great location, wonderful staff who were exceedingly helpful. Breakfast was great and well priced for a simple breakfast in the go. Beds were good. However all in all a great hotel in a prime spot in Zurich.

Mark Us is great. He has been director about 20 years now. He gave us A room facing the river with gorgeous windows Is literally right at the doorsteps of shopping and the Historic Old Town Best location in Zurich & fun old fashioned fondue pub in hotel O we love the place
