Staff -really helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds - great. Good location, walkable distance the centre. The hotel has the private parking.

Great value for money, a bit outside of the city center. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was great. The rooms are clean and spacious - the bed mattresses were a bit too soft for our liking.

Very nice hotel, close to a bus stop so accessibility is great.. The lovely lady in the mornings at reception is amazing.. she went beyond to help us with anything that we sought help with. Very warm atmosphere.

The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the University Hospital Zurich where I had my lecture. The hotel was also a minute walk from the tram stop of Hottingenplatz which is the same track that takes you to the City Center and Central Station. It is an easy ride from the Zurich Airport to the hotel; if you are familiar with the European train transportation system. The location is safe and I did not feel insecure walking even in the evening. The room was adequate and clean. You need to bring your own toiletries though as they provide just the basics. The breakfast was also adequate and had cold cuts, a variety of bread, and eggs. The beverages are also sufficient. To top it off, the staff were very welcoming, from the check-in to check-out and the woman in charge of the breakfast, they were all lovely! Especially the lady at the check-out who booked the taxi for me as well; I apologize that I can't remember her name at this time.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is central and easy to access the city via tram/walking and the hotel is quiet. We did have an issue accessing the building at night (the door broke) which we complained about to the management the next day, after which they explained the emergency number that can be used and compensated us for the trouble which was much appreciated.
