It was easy to find the hotel, even to find the entrance, it is clearly marked, and if you go to the street named on Booking (Neufrankengasse 5), a huge text, several metres wide, shows the name GREGORY at the building. I rang the bell - clearly labelled with the name of the hotel - the girl from the reception opened the door in a few seconds. She was super nice and super helpful. The room is simple but clean. The bed is also simple, but clean and comfy. The WIFI worked well. The location is not at the most luxury part of Zürich, but ca 10 mins from the main station and 15 mins from the centre. I felt safe, even when walking back at night. There were not many guests by car, so I could park at the hotel door. The blind curtains block out the light well. I was there on Sunday - Monday night. It was quiet.

Good price for the room and location. The room was big enough and comfortable. Even though it's in a popular party area my room was on the 4th floor (with elevator) and I couldn't listen to the party. Ramona was a nice person who let me know everything about my room. They allow you to leave your luggage before the check in or after the check out. If you want to party this is the place and if you want a nice place for a good price this is it also!

The room was small but clean. I was expecting worse based on other reviews but was pleasantly surprised. I stayed on top floor and didn't hear any noise from the bar below (I did use earplugs though). Good public transportation connections and not too far from the main railway station.

It is well located, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. They allowed us to do after hours check in and leave our bags after check out.

The location is great, just one minute to the bus and easy to connect to the tram network. The room is clean. Staffs are friendly.

it's only 10 minutes walk from the station so was great for a late arrival into the city. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. there was a lot of loud music when we went to bed but the room was so well soundproofed we couldn't hear a thing
