Good central location. Quick check in which was appreciated late at night. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Well situated near to the lake. The front desk staff were very professional and allowed a late check out which was extremely helpful. Some of the public areas were a little tired - but the rooms were good with large windows which could open to let in the sun.

The hotel is a beautiful classical structure, in a great location, with welcoming receptionists who are ready to assist you. Rooms are large, marble covered bathroom and comfy beds and pillows and crispy bedlinen. The hotel is walking distance to Old City, center of the city, Zurich lake shore, museums, shopping, train station. Breakfast is great, with plenty to choose and for any taste and great staff serving. We are returning guests. I reccomend the hotel. It is not a cheap hotel, but a great value for money for Zurich if you look into all above. 🍀☀️✨️🌟

Very good hotel. Great location, very friendly and good staff, at my request, they made a late check-out. The room is clean. Everything was good. I will return to this hotel again.
