The nicest hotel ever. Bed was massive, and so comfortable. Staff were just beyond fabulous, super helpful, Simone on reception was particularly great! Spa area was gorgeous. Food was amazing, drinks and the choices of drinks available was perfect. Loved every minute and can’t wait to go back. Room service breakfast was huge, and so tasty! The room was huge, the decor of the hotel was gorgeous. Check in and out was smooth and they even dropped us down to the train when we were leaving. Can’t wait to go back!

It was a true 5 star hotel. Our room was upgraded when we arrived . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The spa area was clean and well kept and the Penthouse restaurant had excellent food. The location was ideal just 5 mins to the nearest train station and then only 8 mins to the main Zürich main train station.

We were upgraded to a big room with a massive comfortable bed which was lovely. Staff were generally helpful and friendly. Location is nice, there’s a shuttle to reach the stop on the train taking you either to the main station or to the Uetliberg mountain. Or it’s a pleasant 10 minute walk. Valet parking was quick and efficient. The breakfast has a great range of options.
