Livingdowntown offers spacious, stylishly furnished apartments in 2 buildings in a quiet location in Zurich’s residential Sihlfeld district. Free wired internet access is available in every apartment.
All apartments have a kitchen or kitchenette, a living room with a flat-screen cable TV and a bathroom.
Numerous restaurants can be found in the vicinity, and the Langstrasse nightlife area is just a 5-minute walk away from the Livingdowntown.
The Kalkbreite Tram and Bus Stop is 250 metres away. From there you can reach the Bahnhofstrasse shopping street, the Main Train Station and Lake Zurich in 15 minutes. A multi-storey car park is reachable within a 5-minute walk.

The property was excellent for our group of six. It was easy to find, the location was excellent and offered us a perfect base for a weekend trip to Zürich. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions and were extremely helpful. Would strongly recommend this property

There are 2 decent size bedrooms & 1 smaller bedroom. Good for 5-6 people. But now only 1 toilet.

The location was good. We were able to commute to the desired locations easily from the apartment. There were many shops and restaurant nearby which was helpful.

Wonderful staff, they quick came to add parking to my stay (it is available just outside the room). Very spacious for six adults. Location is great, near the train station for the Lindt factory.

IF you like to walk, еverything is within walking distance, but if you want to visit something far away, there is a bus/tram/train station on 200m walking. Right next to the entrance has a "Yardbird Southern Fried Chicken" where you can eat delicious chicken and drink homemade beer. I visited the interesting places in the city on foot without using public transport (around 8-10km walk around the city). The location is 3-4 stops by airport with train.
