we found the hotel very accommodating. the team was very helpful, the breakfast was lovely the location was great for us near a tram and the Opera house the room was okay, a bit small and the closet was also too small for a couple, but not in a level that can harm the experience

The hotel is centrally located, 15 minutes walking from the Grossmunster cathedral. Staff was polite and welcoming. The room was clean and well equipped. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of food ( both continental and american options were available). Would definetely come back.

The location was perfect. Guys at the reception were very helpful, and room size was excellent for family , near to tram station. I'll definitely visit them again

Warm welcome by the staff. Found a Samichlaus bag outside my door on St.Nicolaus day and Grittibänz for breakfast. Comfortable bed and lots of pillow options. Cosy breakfast and lounge area. Great service. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet.
