Communication was easy. The hotel kept me informed and was helpful, especially as I was arriving later in the day. The location is good as it is near tramlines and decent restaurants nearby (incl. Luigia). It is also close to the Zurich HB train station which is about 15 minutes walk away - we walked from the station to the hotel. The rooms are decently sized and it has a lift which made access easy.

It was very clean and they have nice bottles of shampoos, shower gels and body creams.they had also a variety of tea and they would give you water bottles everyday.

Loved everything. It’s incredible beautiful, full of art, full of life. I liked it very much, bed was comfy, bathroom was perfectly clean.
