Please note, when arriving by public transport, that access to the hotel is on a slightly steep road or through a staircase from the Hürlimann-Areal. Guests can also walk 5 minutes from the station Zürich-Giesshübel and cross the river. There is a lift or staircase that takes you to the rear of the hotel.If you arrive with children, please inform the property about their number and age. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.Please note the following non-mandatory fees:

Fantastic hotel, nice room, warm and professional welcome with minimal waiting time. The hotel itself looks very special and very stylish. It is a half an hour walk from the HB train station (or 15 minutes by tram). The spa is in the same building, the rooftop wellness area is amazing. The breakfast was also very enjoyable, fresh and available until noon! The gym is very special and I really enjoyed my time in this special room. The surrounding seems also to be a good area for jogging but as it snowed I did not have a chance to try. Also after checkout we still could go to the spa and it the changing after was very well organized. We understood that spa costs extra - but for that we could use the spa for 24 hours - therefore we could go twice. The spa was not our style in general but it is definitely worth to try it once and it is very beautiful and special.

The signature is the outdoor swimming pool and the thermal bath. It was a wonderful experience to be able to enjoy the hot spa when it was snowing outside. I had been to Baden 12 years ago but the experience is much better here as the water temperature was just right for the weather. The Roman bath was beautiful in this underground cave. All books in the library are real. Such a nice design to allow a beautiful place to enjoy breakfast.

The breakfast had fantastic choice and was always delicious. The location was great as it was very close to the centre but far enough to have quiet time and be away from the crowds. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and especially the library room where we enjoyed our meals every day. The location is fantastic for walks. The staff extremely friendly and helpful. The spa that is attached to the hotel an absolute treat and gives it all an extra sense of luxury. Amazing views from the outdoor pool and so nice to just to go straight to fur room after such a relaxing and pampering experience. We will definitely go back again

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was clean and very comfortable, which made our stay truly enjoyable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was flawless. The location is perfect for those seeking peace and quiet—the hotel is situated in a very tranquil area, ideal for resting away from the noise of the city. We are leaving fully satisfied and won’t hesitate to return.In addition to the perfect room, we were charmed by the lovely Library lounge, very cozy and pleasant—just perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The spa deserves special mention: it offers different baths and pools as well as the pool on the roof top with a stunning view over the surrounding. It was a true moment of relaxation with a calming atmosphere and top facilities. An ideal place to recharge, and we’re leaving delighted!

The staff at this hotel were some of the most polite and helpful I’ve encountered in all my travels. Thank you for welcoming me so warmly, for providing a fan when it got hot, and for giving me an iron to get my clothes together. The library at this hotel and lounge space is incredible! I literally could stare at the books and people watch from the stunningly decorated lounge space.

The Hotel is located less than 15 minutes from the city by train and it is then a 7/10 minute walk to the hotel. The lobby is unique in nature with a community laptop hot desk area for business people which is set in a calm setting near reception. The restaurant and bar are adjoined and is set in a library setting with 3000 books around you. Very unique and interesting setting. Leonardo who is one of the staff is the pick of the bunch and is just a natural customer service individual. who has talent. The room is spacious with a wonderful bathroom and set up is really good. Still looking very new with good linen.

Great service -receptionist and customer service after I left the hotel. I forgot my trousers in the hotel and the staff helped to mail to my address conveniently. The room is good sized and very airy.
