Location is good, + for kitchen place in room and comfortable bed! + good brekfast offer Lot of thanks to administrator Yamai, she was very helpfull! ☀️ - in the shower on the wall was tall black hairs 😵💫 - and balcony doors couldn’t close completely (fourtunstely we was in holidays, thats way the street sound didn’t loud).

Hotel is nice, I stay 2nd time here, close to train station - 5 minutes walk. Good food in restaurant. Very friendly staff.

We were able to check in well before the 3pm stated time without charge, which was great. The room itself was perfectly fine and the amenities we expected. The coffee machine was however a bit dusty. The hotel is in a good location. It is less than a five minute walk from the Stampfenbachplatz bus and tram stop. Zurich HB is just one stop on the 11 or 14 tram from there. Just on the fridge, if you turn the setting all the way to the coolest setting, it will turn into a freezer. So it is best to keep the thermostat in the middle. On our final night, we returned from a trip and found our bin bag had not been collected yet and was left on the floor of the room. It remained there for the rest of the night and was still there when we went to check out. We’re not sure if there was a change of staff because the previous days had no such issue.

Oddly enough, the best shower I have ever used in a hotel - honestly didn’t know it meant that much to me, but wow. Apartment was very comfortable, good beds and really great staff all round. I’m really impressed

Amazing breakfast, very friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was very near to the HB station and a tram station as well that could get us everywhere we needed in short amount of time.
