Host was very helpful. She was always easily reachable and provided for everything we asked for. Moreover, we arrived pretty late and she was very helpful to accommodate us. The room was quite spacious and very clean.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lumi. The host was incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. The accommodations were comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. If we find ourselves in Zugdidi again, we will definitely choose Hotel Lumi once more.

Rooms were clean, tidy with more than enough space. Host Khatuna is a wonderful woman! Super attentive, positive and caring! It is important to mention that Khatuna is an excellent cook! Homemade khachapuri and khinkali were amazing! Highly recommend to visit this nice family hotel!

Clean room in really nice hotel. The owner was really kind, he made a tea for us and arranged a taxi to the bus station. Walking distance to the center is approximately 15 minutes.

The host Nina is a lovely kind lady who made us feel like we were visiting our family. She was very attentive to all our needs, extremely hospitable and an excellent cook. The room and shared bathrooms were very clean and everything was as described. Very happy to have stayed at her place!

Nino is an excellent host, we felt literally at home. All the rooms are clean and well-maintained. There are air conditioners, but we didn’t use them; despite the daytime heat, it was pleasantly cool at night.

The hosts are friendly and helpful. Delicious meal, especially Megruli Khachapuri and fresh salad. The apartmen is clean and tidy. Neighbourhood is very close to the town centre and quite safe and calm.
