The appartmant was new, clean, comfort, with equiped kitchen, big ridge, with 2 smart tv's,..The beds were comfort, the temperature in the app was pleasant

Hotel je odlican,spa takodje,lokacija sve ok...osoblje je jako neprofesionalno,bili smo dva dana iskljucivo zbog spa centra jer nam se centar planine ne svidja.prvi dan otisli najnormalnije u spa,drugi dan nismo mogli jer se nismo prijavili za isti(nista nam nije predoceno),dorucak isto tako treba da se prijavi,i nista to ne bi bio problem da nam je neko rekao,ali nije pa nam jedan dan propao...u restoranu se radnici svadjaju pred gostima i tako nekih gluposti od strane zaposlenih da se ne osetis prijatno.isto se desilo i gostima koje smo upoznali u spa centru..sve u svemu,hotel odlican za ovaj novac ,usluga jako losa.

Our stay was great! The apartmant is very good, clean and well equpied. The spa and the pool are excellent. The staff on the reception is very nice and polite. We will come back for sure!

Parking is perfect. They have underground garage and it was comfortable for loading and deloading of suitcases. Also heating was good. And food

Breakfast was great, but the restaurant is too small for the amount of the people that was in the hotel. The spa is excelent but it should be time when there is not allowed for kids (for example 20-22h). Location is quiet and far from the center but not to far that you need a car.

Everything was perfekt! We’ve been reserved the family room with 2 separate bedrooms, it was absolutely ok for 3 adults and 1 baby. Perfect view from the living room on the mountains. In the kitchen there was everything for living, including dishwasher The room was well cleaned. The breakfast was included in price, it was the different kinds of meals, enough for the day, and enough tasty The spa was for editional price, 2500 din for visit. Spa is not big, but comfortable. The water in the pool was quite comfortable, jacuzzi was even hot. There were sauna, hamam and salt cave. Everething is very clean. So we had a great weekend
