It was right in the Alishan forest recreation area, just a few minutes from the station so it was convenient to get around and go back to rest. They also provided a bed warmer which really helped with the cold weather. There was also a steady supply of hot water to bathe and to drink.

Nice and clean although it does not provide air conditioner. Room are pretty small although one night about 4000NT dollar. Breakfast included to room service.. just simple toast and coffee but yummy. If u are heavy eater will not enough. Unfortunately card payment is not available and only by cash. Operate by old friendly uncle. When u book they ask you transfer deposite. I'm not local and I request uncle to request reserved without deposite. He help me reserved and hold my room till 4pm on that day. Bed got electric heater.

location is right at the Alishan National Forest Recreation area. Easy to take train (Forest railway) to the mountain top.

Good location, friendly staff. It's a fairly basic hotel but one of the more affordable in the area. Breakfast is chinese style and in the village center with a decent selection.
