Check-in was smoothed, allowed us late check in, allowed us switching a room for one that is free, overall happy.

The staff is very nice. I reached the hotel at 12pm actually check in is 4pm but the room available, so they allowed to check in early. The room is big and comfortable and clean. Highly recommend 😊
