We enjoyed staying here. It was the convenient location from the stations and city, big room and bathroom, daily house keeping, and easy check-in and out by kiosk. Using the kiosk for check-in and out, we didn't contact or greet the hotel staff unless we went for an ask at the reception that felt a bit cold. However, it was okay if you don't mind and it was not uncomfortable either. Thank you so much :)

Hotel was 5 mins away from Zhongli TRA Station which was a bonus. Daily house keeping ensure stay was comfortable although the facilities were a bit old. Hot water for shower was easy to adjust and hair dryer was strong.

Very near to Zhongli train station and bus station. The hotel is occupying level 9-12 in the building. Internally looks good. Has washing machine and dryer which is convenient for me.

-seamless automated check-in. -Very spacious and carpeted room -accomodating staff -very near bus stations -choice of breakfast, both kids and adults will like from east to western dishes.

The staff are amazing. We had to change our room, they sorted it and upgraded us to another at no extra charge. We were here a week before and my wife had forgot her sweater in the breakfast room. This visit, I checked if they’d found it, and they had. They have a lost items area. Very close to the station too.

The garden inside the hotel is a special thing. It seems they have added Japanese factor into their service. Moreover, the location is close to the train station. So you will not hurry to catch up on the booking one.

The hotel was a little old-styled but we luv the big, quiet room. The bathroom even had an intercom telephone. The staff (available 24 hrs) kindly upgraded us to a high floor room which has an excellent view of the town. It was a 5 min walk from the railway station and near to food and amenities.
