Spacious room with cot provided. Room comes with complimentary drinks and snacks and there was a water dispenser and business room for water and coffee refills at Level 5. We also love that there was laundry room. Location: well connected and a short 7-10 mins stroll from HSR Taoyuan to through the Gloria Outlet Mall area.

Very convenient location. Spacious room. Comfy bed. Concierge service was good, helpful and courteous. Shuttle service is a plus! We liked the XPark Aquarium’s Live Channel that they have on tv in the room :)

I like that it is near to the Gloria outlets as it was connected to the bridge. There were many food options and shopping options and of course the train station.

Modern, spacious and clean hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay during our transit flight.

Rooms are big enough for groups and staff was very friendly and helpful. Also it was great that they had complimentary shuttle service for our family going to the nearby baseball stadium for the concert.

The location is great next to xpark and eatery. We lost a soft toy there and the staff was kind enough to help us with the logistics. The room itself was very big and modern the facilities were also top notch. Bonus is we even got a free late check out due to arriving at the hotel at 5 am

New, clean lines, great interior deco. They provided super cute toiletries especially for the kids, which was a very nice touch.
