The staff were very friendly and location is excellent. It is closed to mall and supermarkets and plenty of food.

The hotel is located in one of the most commercial streets of the city, with a lot of restaurants, cafes and shopping stores, taxis and Didi are very easy to hire as you are in the city center, the location is convenient for going to the train station, airport, natural park, and all the tourist attractions, The breakfast is good and the installations are also ok, the price is ok comparing with other hotels around, best quality price, all the staff is ver friendly, especially Anine, she was all the time taking care of my logistic needs for going to all the tourist attractions, helping me to book all the tickets and giving me all the information I needed on how to spend my 3 days at Zhangjiajie tourist attractions, this was very helpful and I really appreciate it because she made my time very enjoyable.

It was a cozy and comfortable room. The restaurant / cafe downstairs was amazing and very stylish. We loved it. The people were really nice. Great position as well because it is 15min in car to the trainstation and right in front of a subway station.

Anine was the most amazing host and we couldn't have planned our trip without her! We arrived late on our first night and she stayed up with us to book our day trip for the following day and gave us loads of information for our trip and about the hotel. When we returned from our trip, she spent another long amount of time helping us plan our next day trip and managed to book us a private driver so we could squeeze in everything we wanted to do in time. Although Anine speaks a small amount of English, she has an amazing translator which helped us communicate really well. The hotel has washing machines and dryers which are complimentary for guests to use too. It's in a great location and walking distance to loads of shops and malls.

I stayed for 4 nights with my family. All the staff members tried to do their best to make us feel comfortable and my kids loved the bunk beds in the family room! Also, this hotel is located in the center of the city and Starbucks, KFC, and McDonald's are within walking distance. I strongly recommended this hotel!

The most important are the people who run this hotel, especially young and future owner David. They helped me a lot, bought tickets to many attractions, booked train tickets and taxis. I recommend this Inn to all travellers.
