I communicated with an English speaking consultant (Rainee) who was extremely helpful. She booked all the park and the show tickets for me. She even organised for something I left in the room to be mailed to my home. She was very patient and attentive. Thank you Rainee for all your help.

Super close to cable car station. One block only. Room excellent. Big, comfortable bed. Everything is automatic. But the best thing was the manager called Grand. He’s super gentle, kind, empathetic and also speak English. Thank you.

Location. Just few walik to the entrance of cable car and the terminal of the shuttle bus. Room is very clean and equipped with smart lights, curtains and TV. Bathroom has washlet toilet with automated open/close lid. Breakfast is adequate. Recommand this hotel if you plan to visit Tienmenshan.

Hotel was so excellent, clean, comfortable, good location. Reception was so helpful . Staff was kind special Ms Carol, She help me for transportation in and book ticket online. Breakfast was so good Definitely I will stay at this hotel again!

The location is great as it is close to the cable car to the stairway to heavan. Also, there are mony restaurants around. The hotel itself is small but the rooms a spacious and confortable.

Very comfortable room with nice bathroom. Cleanliness very high. Near to cableway to mountain and bus station as well. Staff is friendly and nice. Many restaurants near hotel.

Excellent location but beware another similar hotel in Wulingyuan. Taxi drivers may not be familiar with this hotel and because in Chinese it can’t be differentiated and you may land up in Wulingyuan instead of Zhangjiajie. Room is very clean but as it’s a shared building the lifts are not well maintained. Breakfast is acceptable . Off season not too crowded.

The hotel was very near to the entry point for Tianmen Mountain, which was a great plus. They kindly arranged passes for the mountain and also Zhangjiajie National Park, which were both awesome. The room was modest but comfortable and fairly quiet overnight; there are also lots of choices when it comes to local restaurants.
