The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff’s attention was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade that allowed us to enjoy a spacious apartment with two comfortable beds, two bathrooms, and a beautiful view of the mountains, for which we are deeply grateful. The team was always attentive and ready to assist at all times. They provided us with clear and detailed directions, helped us arrange transportation, and offered valuable advice. They also patiently explained the maps of the National Park, suggesting routes and itineraries to make the most of each day of our stay. One detail we greatly appreciated was their willingness to assist with transportation. On occasions when no taxis were available, they offered to drive us in their own vehicles, charging fares equivalent to those of a conventional taxi. This dedication and commitment to customer service made our experience truly special.

“Nice and quiet stay near Zimugang Entrance”

The staff have the best customer service. From booking to actual arrival, the whole experience was seamless. We asked for airport transfer (at a fee), it was arranged all right, then our flight got delayed, and they arranged accordingly without any hiccups. Every morning, they will ask a few questions what we planned to do that day and they will show us on the map how to execute it. I fell very ill on the 3rd day due to motion sickness and they arranged the kitchen staff to cook white porridge for me during breakfast and they asked me again the next day if I need porridge as well. Breakfast variety is limited and the same everyday but the staff can cook noodles if you want. You can order dinner from their menu and they will cook based on the time you specified. Very humble, sincere and down-to-earth reception and kitchen staff, and they pay good attention to details and made us feel so comfortable just like home. Room has all the necessities and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located near Zimugang (Zhong Men) Entrance, around 15 mins walk and 5 mins drive, very nice and quiet if you want to avoid the hordes of tourists at downtown (Dong Men). And the staff can send you to the entrance and bring you back to the hotel from Zimugang after a day in ZJJ. This is easily one of the warmest and most memorable stay I've come across.

Great location Ming was so helpful went above and beyond for us to help us make the most of the national park within our time schedule He arranged for our driver and airport pick up and drop off and also drove us to the gates of the national park himself We were very grateful , we wouldn’t have done as much of the park if it wasn’t for him Thank you Ming
