Rebecca was an excellent host. She helped us book our tour to the national park and got us much better rates than we had been quoted elsewhere. If you're looking for a tour of the Zhangjiajie national park, glass bridge etc she was incredibly helpful and if you're looking for a guide ask for Stanley! Location is great too for national park.

The host was really helpful and accommodating to our requests, such as helping us to book our tickets for the various attractions at zhangjiajie and guiding us on the different routes we should take. She also gave us transport to the entrance of the national park. Breakfast was really good too, and we get to choose what breakfast we want every morning

The host was so warm and welcoming, as was everyone who lives here. We were able to go down to reception or send a message (we used alipay) to get any answers or make requests. All the hotel information is clearly presented as soon as you arrive, including the food options available (we enjoyed a great dinner and breakfast). We stayed with an infant, and the room was lovely and spacious for our needs. We arrived at a cold time, but the room heated up well and the shower was nice and hot. The location is a really convenient 5 minute drive to the Wulingyuan park entrance.

I had a pleasant stay at Easy House. The staff speaks English and is very accommodating, preparing breakfast according to your preferences and at your chosen time. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the host is helpful in guiding you to nearby attractions.

Rebecca was great - gave good insight about the activities around the area. The room was clean. We had the room on the top (5th) floor and it wasn’t bad climbing the stairs every day. They also help you wash your clothes but there’s no dryer so it took two days for me to get my clothes back. Breakfast was also very delicious. All in all, it was a great stay. We enjoyed our time! Thanks Rebecca!

Owner of the accommodation very helpful and helped booking all the required tickets. You get what you expect at a Home Stay. Beds were nice. For breakfast you can decide the day before what you want. Enough variety. They even bring you to the entrance of the park.

Very nice and helpful host who helped us book all our trips to the national park and other sights. Good breakfast and food. The room was quite spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our time here.
