Our family of 6 got the apartment 53, the unit is very nice, we were lucky to be able to see matterhorn from balcony during our stay. the kitchen equipments are very complete and abundant, so many plates, bowls, cups, pans, etc, also got oven and microwave, everything is perfect and very convenient, also with migros and coop nearby. location is also very comfortable, near to station. Hotel staffs are nice, helpful and very responsive. I left drinks and chocolate in refrigerator after check out and I message them, they replied not long after saying that my stuffs are already secured at hotel, superb! though it is not cheap but I can say it’s quite economical compares to hotel rooms in Zermatt which are all very expensive. The only thing need to improve is the mattress, too soft to our liking. And in all, recommended place to stay in Zermatt

Big apartment, nicely appointed rooms, photos are genuine and you get what you see. Location is near the center of town (esp. close to the main train stations) Check-in and check-out times are as stated and have to collect the keys from the main hotel which is ~5 mins walk away.

Everything. Clean, big and spacious apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. Highly recommended. Close to train station.

The location and the views are excellent. Close to trains to get to the slopes, close to supermarkets and restaurants, and the views, particularly of the Matterhorn were just wonderful.

The apartment was in a good location, a couple of mins walk from the main Zermatt train station and the Gornergrat railway. There were restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery on the same block. The apartment was on the top floor of the building with an elevator available. Interior was spacious with good views of the Matterhorn from the living room and balcony. Keys were collected from the partner hotel reception desk, which isn't staffed until check-in time.

Spacious, clean, have literally everything one requires….. WiFi worked very well, view of Matterhorn from the main balcony. And, silent. Has a lift just in case of elderly people. Strongly recommended.
