Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The train ride from Täsch to Zermatt takes 15 minutes. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station.
Please inform the hotel at least 10 minutes before your arrival in Zermatt if you want to make use of the free transfer service.
Please note that all the hotel's restaurants and bars are only open during the winter season. Limited opening times apply in other seasons.This property may host on-site functions and some rooms may be affected by noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Perfect! Just got back our month long honeymoon and this was our favourite hotel we stayed in. We were in the Matterhorn Junior Suite and it was just gorgeous, so comfortable and cosy but spacious. Nice view of the Matterhorn. A bit obstructed by the building in front BUT that didn’t really take away from the view, just made the room feel more private. Room service food was excellent, included breakfast was great and service overall was fantastic. Couldn’t fault the location, central to pretty much everything. Room was a bit warm the first night but we were advised to open a window which we did, no issues after that. Great for the environment! Booked massages and used the spa a few times, so relaxing and everything you need at all times is provided including refreshments, extra towels, etc. Will 100% be staying here again if we come back.

Very cosy room, plush bedding and huge bathroom. Comes with good quality shampoo and balm. A lot of things to do in the hotel itself, we spent time in the sauna, and also enjoyed our welcome drinks and continue to order more from the delicious cocktail lounge. Quite lucky to bump into and chat with the hotel owner Mr. Martin Perren while in my bathrobe in the lift, so you can imagine how down to earth is the owner.

Amazing unique property indeed. The best reception and warmth we got in the entire trip across Swiss. The rooms had a vintage touch and a mystique. We also had a bose bluetooth speaker in our room which made us super happy. The breakfast was sumptuous and they had a 3 restaurants as well. The italian was superb
