The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. the Structure of the hotel was very well thought for all those guests to not clash with each other in the halls 😃 The spa was especially relaxing and very well kept. The breakfast had very high quality. It wasn’t too diverse, but it was nutritious and delicious.

great location, 50m from station and the shuttle bus was very helpful with a v pleasant breakfast too. great shower though bedroom area was quite small, balcony was nice but too cold to use on the day.

Great central location. You can walk from the train station, but the hotel can arrange a collection if needed. Staff were very attentive both before our stay arranging restaurants etc and during our stay. Spa facilities were amazing. Hotel had a nice breakfast and provides afternoon tea each day.

Everything about this property was amazing, from the facilities, to the rooms, bed, bathrooms, breakfast and staff Chris was super helpful in particular, helping us with our 30th Anniversary plans

The service and attention to detail was 1st rate. From Chris and his reception staff to the bar and service staff their attitude and service was excellent. Their willingness to spend time with us and explain the hotel and town facilities was a nice & helpful touch. Also nothing was too much trouble and the complimentary drink and afternoon tea made us feel appreciated. A 10/10 experience for us as a family unit. Thankyou again from Pieter , Cheryle & our grandson Jack.
