The communication with the hotel was super, prompt reply, friendly and very helpful. Great service throughout, the porter service , reception, house keeping and breakfast. The junior suite with Matterhorn view is big, clean and beautifully decorated. It comes with 2 bathrooms and also a nespresso machine. Large balcony with a clear view of Matterhorn. What makes this hotel special is the people, they are always helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable, spacious room that had everything we needed. Quick, helpful and welcoming personnel. Very clean everywhere. Nice spa area, warm pool - too warm for active swimming but good for chilling after a day of skiing. The pool was opened longer hours (from 8 till 21:30 if I’m not mistaken) which was very convenient.
