Zermatt is a car-free resort. Please park your car in Täsch and proceed by train (leaving every 20 minutes). The hotel offers free transfers by electric taxi from the Zermatt Train Station to the hotel between 8:00 and 21:00. Please inform the hotel in advance about your arrival time at the train station.If you are travelling with children, please inform the property in advance of their age. Very clean and modern. Excellent quality breakfast. The private sauna and steam bath was a great bonus after long hikes. The staff were all friendly, helpful and professional. Great location for starting hikes although about a mile to the centre of town. However this made it a much more peaceful location and the walk into town was nothing after a long hike in the alps!

Superb location, set just on the outskirt of the town, it feels quiet and private, yet is only a 15 minute walk to the shops and eateries. Room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was superb.

Our room was spacious and very well appointed, and we particularly enjoyed the balcony with its exceptional view of the Matterhorn. The hotel staff are knowledgeable and helpful, always available yet unobtrusive.

Everything is perfect about this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. They take every effort to make your stay comfortable and luxurious. The food (breakfast buffet and a la carte) is made with noticeably high quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. They are happy to take extra effort to customize it for your needs. The rooms are very elegant and thoughtfully designed. Location is great, with many hiking trails starting from nearby. It's slightly away from Zermatt but with a free pickup and dropoff.

Excellent and very helpful staff. Our request for a harder pollow was immediately accomodated. Sauna wellness complex was very pleasant after a long walking day. We also loved the location, at the outskirts of the village with great views and close to the cable carts.... Oh yes and an excellent coffee machine in the room...
