Stunning boutique. The staff are welcoming and very friendly. The room, decor and food were immaculate. Excellent location off the busy main street but walking distance to everywhere. We will definitely come back to Zermatt and will stay here again. Highly recommend.

Clean and spacious room with tea-making facilities and a modern bathroom. The hotel is very cozy, stylish, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is based on local products and the team easily adapt to allergies and/or diet restrictions. The spa facilities are modern and well-equipped. The Matterhorn Lodge team made us feel like at home.
