Our stay was exceptional. I struggle to find any fault at all. We were provided with included taxi transfer to the accommodation and when we arrived, to my 2 teen children's delight our apartment had been upgraded which meant they could have a bedroom each instead of sharing again. The Matterhorn was clearly visible from our lounge room and balcony and on the days that were cold we were cosy and warm from the underfloor heating. We were especially pleased with the included breakfast that was provided each morning with an extensive assortment of breakfast items, from fruits, crepes, pancakes, waffles, pastries, bacon, eggs, cereals, yoghurt, coffee and fun candies and chocolates for the kids. We were in a very convenient location, only a short walk away (maybe 6-8 minutes) from the main streets where all the shops and restaurants were and not far from the train station, funicular and gondola/cable cars. Everything was easily walkable. We had such a wonderful experience and when the time came, did not want to leave.

We loved this place! Location, nature and air, breakfast, SPA with sauna, hammam, swimming pool with that breathtaking view, massage.. And everything is spotless. And the beds, pillows and blankets are so comfortable. And the place is so cozy and nice, smells so good)) It was litterally one of the best places that we have ever visited. And we travel A LOT)) The apartment has absolutely everything you need to cook, a well-equipped kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven. You can put your things in the laundry and get them back the same day. There are many restaurants around. The breakfast at the hotel is great. It is small, but there is absolutely everything you usually want to eat for breakfast. There is also an awesome playroom from which our one and a half year old daughter did not want to leave for hours. It was absolutely wonderful experience. Our flight was cancelled, we were late for a train and arrived at 9 pm instead of 3 pm. We were so tired and the host arranged free pick up service for us, we didn't even ask to. And since then we felt like home every single minute. The level of service impressed us incredibly and left us completely delighted. Every single request and wish of ours was met with a smile and a bunch of solutions and was immediately implemented. We would like to express special thanks for that to our hosts Geraldine and Melanie, you are the best!!!

Fabulous large apartment with balcony and stunning Matterhorn view. Pool is awesome and the whole family loved the buffet breakfast - excellent quality and tonnes of choice. Staff all incredibly friendly and helpful.

Everything was spotless. Lovely view of the Matterhorn. Gorgeous heated pool. Breakfast was superb. Incredibly friendly staff, including three lovely cleaning staff.
