Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.Please inform the hotel of your estimated time of arrival. You will be picked up by the hotel's porter with an electric car at Zermatt Train Station.Please note further that dinner for the half-board rate is served at the Veranda Restaurant. It is available until 20:30.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Our room was fabulous. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It had a lovely outlook and a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The spa facilities were good. We used the pool, jacuzzi and sauna rooms. The restaurant area is a pleasant place to eat. The food served during dinner was good quality. The taxi back to the train station was good.

Very central and the ‘buggy’ picked us up from the rail station. We loved the room, it was clean with the balcony looking out the surrounding village, bed was comfy and big, and my daughter loved their Chopard amenities. Breakfast was also delightful with option of eggs cooked on demand. Nice restaurants setting. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Love the entire hotel! The receptionists are great and helpful. The breakfast is superb, many varieties and have porridge (perfect for an Asian craving for hot food) The room is amazing with the Matterhorn view outside! They even have welcome chocolate on the table! Again, 100%!

The room was spacious and we loved the balcony. The breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of different food options. The spa and sauna was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast had everything. Materhorn view from room. Cosy hotel, lovely cosy restaurant all good and location very close to train station and center of town
