superfast check-in, welcoming, friendly and helpful front desk team. perfect location with stunning view on the matterhorn. tastefully decorated room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. top tier spa facilities, charmful breakfast area. sensational massage treatment at the spa.

The location and ambience of the hotel is magnificent 👌🏾 the experience with the outside heated pool, with negative surounding degrees, was amazing. The staff were super friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with many choices.. enjoyed it.. Will definitely stay again on my next visit to Zermatt!

Excellent facilities with the spa and an outdoor heated pool! Pick-up and drop-off service from Zermatt station was excellent! Staff were really welcoming, attentive and helpful.

The hotel is located in a central location with all the main attractions within a ten minute walk. The hotel amenities were great and having the use of the spa facilities really made for a perfect stay. The rooms were clean and modern with a balcony overlooking the Matterhorn itself!

I LOVED this hotel! Everything was Perfect for me. Friendly welcoming and helpful staff. I had the Single room with Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony! So spacious and very clean. The breakfast room was just beautiful, so many options of good delicious food. Perfect Location. All their facilities from the SPA, sauna, snow room I love, fitness room etc was top tier I've seen of all hotels I've been to so far, I highly recommend this hotel. Il be staying here next time when I come in summer.

The view from the room is really beautiful. Can see the Matterhorn very clearly. Love the spa and breakfast in the hotel.
