Super little hotel next to the Gornergrat railway station. The location is great for everything - skiing, supermarket, shopping - with an excellent Indian restaurant just round the corner. We were surprised how little we noticed the trains with the sound proofing. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. We had a big balcony. Really good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Everything we needed!

Wonderful hotel in a great location close to the train station. The staff are excellent , very helpful & obliging. Would definitely recommend staying there if visiting Zermatt.

Great hotel. Close to the central station to take the train to and from Zermatt. Great to take the Gornegrat train to the slopes. Great value for money, sauna on demand, good breakfast. A bit better than what would I expect from a 3 star hotel.

I would 100% stay here again. Travelling from Canada so making our money stretch was important. Great value, super clean and spacious rooms! It's right beside the Gornergrat tram and the bus stop (free) to the other lifts is just outside and a quick 5 min ride. They're close to Bayard where we rented and got 10% off with them. Having a hotel right by the train station was super convenient and Zermatt is such a small town so very easy to explore. Sauna (by reservation, just ask front desk) at the end of a ski day was a nice bonus. Good variety for breakfast.

I like that there are many places on the mountain to rest between your runs, restaurants to eat and have some refreshments. Weather was awesome. Sunshine almost every day. The temperatute was from -1 to -3. Just perfect.

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff greeted us warmly every morning. The location was excellent - so close to the train station, yet very quiet. The hotel was central to all venues.

Location of Sarazena is excellent, close to the train station and the Gornergrat railway, and close to the bus that takes you to the Matterhorn Glacier Express. Staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The heated ski store room is a major bonus to ensure shi boots are toasty warm and dry the next day. My room was quite large and would be very comfortable for two people.

The staff was super friendly and patient. The room was big and comfy, directly at the Gornergrat station and we could see the Matterhorn from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious.
