The breakfasts were very good and set you up well for the day ahead. good choice of foods and hot beverages. Clean and tidy restaurant area, well laid out with friendly, helpful staff

Staff were great and worked extremely hard to ensure a lovely experience. View of Matterhorn from the bedroom was worth waking up for. Beds were so comfortable and temperature was just right. The furniture was a little dated but in excellent state and for me that shows level of environmental awareness.

Just a short stay for a few days skiing. It was all good. Great weather and lots of pistes to choose from. Nice value for money hotel, with very helpful friendly staff and close to all amenities. Good pizza restaurant attached to hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of Zermatt, 10-15 minutes walk from the train station, Sunegga lift, and Matterhorn paradise lift. The check-in was easy - we arrived between 9 and 10pm, there was no one at reception, and the room key was left for us. Breakfast was simple, but nice, and the staff is friendly.

Very nice hotel. It is cheap and kind of mountain traditional and it was very clean. The personnel was very kind to us and the check in and out was super easy. Breakfast is simple but good. Ideal if you don’t want to spend too much money and want to enjoy this beautiful place. I would come back

We were in Zermatt for a wedding and all of the hotel prices were crazy - we did not have any expectations going into this hotel, as knew a very affordable budget option but we absolutely loved staying here. The room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony looking right at the Matterhorn! We loved the staff and starting each day with an amazing breakfast, so yummy. The beds were so comfortable and the daily cleaning which rarely happens anymore at small guesthouses was very nice.
