The staff in reception, the staff in the restaurants, the beautifully clean and crisp rooms and beds, the spa, the ski room, the bar… everything really.

The hotel’s location could not be better and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts are great. Lovely spacious boot room too.

Polux hotel is the right place to stay in Zermatt if you want to be in the centre of the village,in walking distance of everything,near shops,restaurants,train station ,cable car station …Rooms are excellent,cosy and clean.The staff is polite and helpful and the breakfast has wide variety of choices..

Breakfast was 10/10, the room was small but nice, the elevator was really fast annd convienient and the bar downstairs was gorgeous with a fireplace. We also liked the gym but it could have used more variety in equipment. The staff were 10/10 also

Location was excellent as it was only 5 mins walk from the SBB train station and train up to matterhorn viewing point. There are several restaurants nearby.Check-in was very smooth and fuss-free, we arrived early and left our luggage at the reception. When we returned later before check-in time, our luggage have been sent up to our room already. The room faced the inner courtyard which is quiet from the main street. Breakfast spread was great, comprising hot and cold food, with fruits and a good selection of bread. Overall, the stay was very pleasant.
