Just stayed 2 nights in Phoenix hotel. The location is pretty good , just a 7 min walk from Zermatt station. The breakfast is very complete and they even offered me a GF bread as I am allergic but overall I will highlight the great and friendly service from all the staff specially at the front desk. Friendly, polite and always willing to help with anything! I will definitely return if coming back to Zermatt.

Excellent experience at Hotel Phoenix. All staff were so friendly and helpful, a huge relief as first time visitors to Switzerland. The staff & management were definitely a highlight of our stay. Rooms very clean and comfortable. In a quiet part of town, not too far to walk from main amenities.
