Comfortable bed., nice and friendly staff, late check-in. The living area was great. It's spacious, comfortable and cozy. You can leave your luggage for free.

We stayed in the ground floor quadruple room. It was warm, clean and tastefully decorated. We booked a transfer with the hotel from the station for $5 per person, and we were told it must be booked one day prior to your arrival. Very handy if you have heavy luggage. It is an easy downhill walk from the hotel back to the station or around town. There is a lovely little bar on site where you can have a drink in the evening. Friendly staff!

Very friedndly personal, great quality!!! In all ways, nice comfortable room, also 3 and 4 beds was quality, great bed linen. Breakfast like in 4* superior hotel. Very nice location, sillent area but very neaer to rush city center and train station.

I thought the location was great and within walking distance of the train station, gondolas, shopping, and restaurants (we didn’t realize how steep of a hill it is to hike up to get to the hotel with our large luggage, really got the calves burning lol) The breakfast had good variety and staff were amazing. The view from our room was stunning waking up to see the Matterhorn. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future!

Breakfast was pleasant. The location is excellent. Staff were very friendly and your room at a view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Close to the station, restaurants and shops. We ate one night at the restaurant.
